Mejayan, 18 Juli 2025 - Dalam rangka meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan kesiapan menghadapi tahun ajaran baru, SMA Negeri 1 Mejayan menggelar kegiatan In House Training (IHT) dengan tema “Pengutan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan SMA Negeri 1 Mejayan Sebagai Penggerak Sekolah Mental Juara”. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga hari, yaitu tanggal 15-17 Juli 2025, di ruang aula sekolah dan diikuti oleh seluruh guru dan tenaga kependidikan.

Kegiatan IHT dibuka secara resmi oleh Kepala SMA Negeri 1 Mejayan, Bapak Didik Anang Sunarto, S.Pd, M.Pd, yang dalam sambutannya menyampaikan pentingnya peran guru sebagai agen perubahan dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan implementasi kurikulum dalam pembelajaran, beliau juga menggaungkan semangat bahwa SMA Negeri 1 Mejayan merupakan sekolah mental juara.

“Transformasi pendidikan tidak akan berhasil tanpa guru yang mau terus belajar dan beradaptasi. IHT ini adalah ruang kita untuk bertumbuh bersama,” ujar beliau dalam sambutannya.

Kegiatan IHT menghadirkan narasumber diataranya Kepala Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah Madiun Ibu Hj. Lena, M.Pd, yang dalam sambutannya menyampaikan motivasi serta materi berupa peran serta pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai penggerak sekolah mental juara.  Serta beberapa praktisi pendidikan yang telah berpengalaman dalam penerapan kurikulum pembelajaran. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup:

  • Penyusunan soal AKM, TKA dan UTBK, yang disampaikan oleh Ibu Natalia Dwiyati, S.M. Beliau merupakan tim penyusun soal dari Ruang Guru.
  • Penyusuan soal berbasis penalaran, literasi dan High Order Thinking Skill, oleh bapak Ari Damari, M.Pd.
  • Materi terkait pembelajaran mendalam atau deep learning, yang dijelaskan langsung oleh pengawas cabang dinas pendidikan kabupaten madiun, Bapak Drs. Purjanto, M.Pd.
  • Penguatan karakter pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam menerapkan prinsip sekolah mental juara, oleh Ibu Dra. Cristine Endang H.S.
  • Materi Heartfullness Learning atau pembelajaran dengan hati, materi tersebut langsung dipaparkan oleh Kepala SMA Negeri 1 Mejayan Bapak Didik Anang Sunarto, S.Pd, M.Pd.

Kegiatan In House Training berlangsung aktif dan partisipatif. Para guru tampak antusias berdiskusi, menyusun modul ajar serta soal secara kolaboratif, serta saling berbagi praktik baik yang telah diterapkan selama tahun ajaran sebelumnya. Selain materi inti, kegiatan IHT juga dilengkapi dengan sesi refleksi dan evaluasi untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan solusi pembelajaran ke depan. IHT sangat berpengaruh bagi pengembangan mutu Pendidikan serta memberikan gambaran yang jelas dan terstruktur mengenai penyusunan pembelajaran yang berpihak pada siswa.

Dengan adanya kegiatan IHT ini, SMA Negeri 1 Mejayan berharap seluruh guru dapat mengembangkan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna, berpusat pada peserta didik, serta selaras dengan semangat Kurikulum Merdeka. Sekolah juga berkomitmen untuk terus memfasilitasi pengembangan kompetensi guru secara berkelanjutan melalui kegiatan pelatihan internal maupun eksternal.
